Audits, Reviews, and Compilations

Three levels of service, depending on how much assurance the people reading your financial statements need.

Audit

The highest level of assurance. We examine the evidence behind your numbers, test your controls and issue an opinion on whether your financial statements are fairly presented. Often required by boards, lenders, grantors and federal funding.

Review

Limited assurance at a lower cost than an audit. We analyze your financial statements and ask management targeted questions, then report whether anything suggests they need changing. Often enough for lenders and bonding companies.

Compilation

No assurance, but professional presentation. We prepare your financial statements in the proper format from the information you provide, so they are ready for owners, lenders or regulators who do not require an audit or review.
